While they maintain a stock of around 90-95% of the tartans, delays can occasionally occur due to the intricate weaving and finishing process. However, we have a close working relationship with Ingles Buchan, ensuring that your order will be fulfilled as soon as it is completed.
In most cases, orders placed with the mill are received within a week to 10 days and dispatched every Friday. However, please be aware that occasional delays can happen. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of customer service and ensuring your satisfaction.
