Items purchased from stock: If you are ordering a stock item this will be clearly shown. Stock items can be returned up to 30 days from receipt provided they are in the same condition and all packaging is intact. Refunds will be offered for the item purchase price only unless the item is in any way defective in which case a full refund including postage costs will be offered.

Made to Order Item: many of our products are Custom Made and this will be indicated on the item page. We cannot accept returns / refunds for custom made items without prior consent from us or if the item is proven to be defective. Any request for return must be made within 30 days of receipt. This policy also applies to made to goods marked as 'custom made' which have been received and are awaiting shipment and tailored garments where cloth has been cut ready for CMT.

Please note that we do not offer return labels and returns are at the buyers expense unless the item is defective in which case proof must be provided before return.
